About the Screwed
Publius, the writers of this blog, are like so many of you. You know something is wrong with our government, but you just can’t put your finger on it. We know it’s corrupt. That’s easy to spot. It’s the “how it gets done so easily”, right?
Well, Publius decided to actually read and listen to Presidents, the Congress, the courts, in order to find out, how 545 people, control, manipulate, coerce, and enslave 300+ million people, who believe they live in a free country.
It’s quite easy actually, when you have a “system” in place so ingrained and pervasive in our daily lives that we don’t even see it. Worse yet, if you do see the voracious system in action, you automatically become the bad guy! Gee!
America, is a great country. But remember, America and the federal government are not one in the same.
This blog, if it does say anything negative about the American people, i tdoes say how ignorant we are, and how happy many people are knowing that they are ignorant, and wish to stay that way.
This blog recognizes that the federal government machine works best with an ignorant population, and Publius just wants to point it out to you, using their words, their videos, their publications. Perhaps, so that you slow down just enough to see the forest for the trees, and allow yourself to at least question what you’re seeing.
It’s tough though. You must be willing to admit you or your politics might be wrong.
How many of us are really willing to do even that?
Yet, if you approach it with honesty, and admit that you really need to take a fresh look at what’s happening, then you will be a bit enlightened. What you do with that enlightened is up to you.
You have the freedom to be informed and take action, or remain ignorant and teach the next generation to do the same.
We will endeavor to entreat you with facts to support our observations. Where we’re wrong, we will make our corrections. Where we are correct, we will let Truth stand on its own.
